Has His Own Shooting Range, But Still Joins 5+ Other Clubs

While some people hesitate when deciding to buy a gun club membership, Wild West president Ken Kupsch does not. Not only is Ken a member of his establishment, he is also a member of at least five other clubs. Depending on the tempo of the shooting season, he can hold up to 10 separate range memberships at once.

So which ranges does the owner of Wild West currently hold memberships for?

“Edmonton Gun Club is close to home, so it makes sense,” Kupsch says “I joined Silver Willow and Shotshell because they have some of the best sporting clays facilities in Alberta, and I needed a place to train for Steel Challenge, so hello Rocky.” He goes on to say that having a membership in Phoenix comes in handy for training before competitions in the winter season.

Kupsch also has life memberships with NFA, NRA, USPSA, SASS & TNUSA. He adds “There are lots of other great ranges and I’d love to join them all if I could. I like to shoot, but it’s all about support.”
